Copywriter/ Marketing Associate will work under direct supervision of the marketing manager and is responsible for writing content for “e-magazine”, “White Papers”, web articles, and other publications. All applicants must have excellent writing, grammar and spelling skills, type 40+ WPM and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Ideal candidates will be talented, motivated people who care about what they do and never stop trying to achieve, and who want to build an exciting, stimulating career in a sales-oriented company.

Associate Creative Director A real people person, with talent to match, with the ability to get the job done…on a deadline, no less. Must have experience in all forms of marketing, including web and broadcast, with an eye for nudging concepts in the right direction. Able to help manage a 15 person creative department, with more to be added soon. Presentation skills a real bonus, as is detail orientation and strong conceptualization. A minimum of 5 years experience required.

Senior Copywriter We’re looking for a talented, energetic person with 3-5 years of agency experience writing for all forms of media (print, radio, television). We’re talking a real concept guy or gal with good visualization skills who can take an idea start to finish. Terrific headlines and concise copy a must, as is being a team player. Broadcast production experience and directing talent a real plus.

Account Manager The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an advertising, media and creative environment. Responsibilities will include formulating marketing strategies, briefing the agency’s media, creative and other support staff, and presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.

Media Buyer  At Jeffrey/Scott Advertising, our media buyers are unsurpassed in the analytics of target audience measurements, keeping abreast of media developments, following market trends and understanding the motivations of our client’s customers. In this role, buyer will have the opportunity to interact with our Account Services, Creative Services, Public Relations and Marketing teams.

Job Summary:
Publishes a variety of technical articles, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. Responsible for coordinating the displays of graphics and the production of the document.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Writes/Publishes and coordinates the production of the Tribal Newsletter, the Shish-Liu Times.
• Create and execute publicity plans/documents.
• Prepares memorandum, letters and reports for Museum documentation.
• Provide support for publicity and related event planning for Museum/Cultural Events.
• Develops and maintain graphics for use in media releases.
• Publishes historical Tribal books and documents.

Qualified candidate will have a B.A. in Mass Comm./Journalism, excellent administrative skills, and 2+ years background in publishing/editing.
