The Downtown Association of Fresno (DTA) is seeking an experienced sales or promotions professional to drive sponsorship outreach efforts for the 2006 season of Fulton Plaza Thursdays (FPT), a lively series of “street fairs” held on Fresno’s historic Fulton Mall.  The successful applicant will have an established network of business contacts in the Fresno area and will be prepared to maintain and build upon the partnerships developed for the 2005 FPT season.

The FPT Sponsorship Coordinator will have primary responsibility to initiate and track sponsor contacts and to finalize agreements.  The position is sponsorship-focused and will generally not include event logistics work.
