The FOH Manager will manage the servers, bussers, bartender, etc. and must be available for the opening and closing shifts. Duties include but, are not limited to managing the staff, ordering and taking inventory of all goods, maintain a high level of standard of food that comes out of the kitchen and prompt ticket times, managing the till, making sure each servers bank is settled correctly after each shift.
