Director, Resource Development Public Sector
Salary Range $32,000 to $42,000 DOE
Exempt Position
ROLE
To lead and manage all aspects of public sector campaign accounts (Combined Federal Campaign, California State Employees Charitable Campaign, Fresno County Employees, all City Employee Campaigns, and all Educational Institution Campaigns).

Director, Resource Development and Women’s Initiative
Salary Range $35,000 to $42,000 DOE
Exempt Position
ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Campaign Development, This position manages the resource development efforts for campaign accounts and provides staff support to the Women’s Initiative Program.

Project Manager Financial Stability
Salary Range $31,500 to $40,000 DOE
Exempt Position
ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Resource Development, this position develops and manages the Financial Stability programs and partnerships that assist families to increase income, build savings, and gain and sustain assets.
