An Account Manager assists K-Jewel advertisers with media strategy,
which includes research, copywriting, presentations, promotions and
designing advertising schedules.
The right candidate has an understanding of retail advertising and
business branding, works well in a team structure, enjoys meeting new
people, can meet multiple deadlines and has good time-management skills.
Written and oral communication skills are a must.
This is a salary position based on experience. A Bachelor’s degree
and/or multiple years in account management are required. Background in
media/advertising sales is preferred. Must have and maintain a valid
driver’s license, auto insurance with acceptable driving record.

Location: Fresno, CA
The Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant works with the
Marketing Director and General Sales Manager to coordinate station
promotions, off-site events and public service announcements. This
person also meets and greets customers, updates the K-Jewel web site and
has moderate secretarial duties. Good writing skills are a must.
Knowledge of computers and the Internet is required as well as
proficiency with Microsoft Office. This person must be self-motivated, a
team player, have the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast pace
and fun environment.

Job Description:
1. Manage the regional trade show and events calendars. Work trade shows with sales team and drive new promotional ideas to increase exposure at events.
2. Coordinate all local promotions and adverting in local markets.
3. Build new marketing relationships with local retail accounts and vendors. Build networking opportunities to create new lead generation sources.
4. Work with corporate designer to create new marketing collateral and manage existing inventory in local region.
5. Website updates and data entry.
6. Weekly lead generation report submission to marketing manager.
7. Manage and stay within regional marketing budget allocations.
