The Eleven Agency, an Event Marketing Agency out of Irvine, California, is looking for an experienced Event Manager to successfully manage a sampling event at Baseball Parks. Responsibilities will include training staff in your home market, managing staff during events, completing accurate & detail oriented post event reports for each event day, maintaining a professional working relationship with your AE and reporting immediately any mishaps that occur in the field.
In addition taking photos of each event and submitting them in a timely fashion is also important. We are looking for someone who has pride in what they do, is comfortable & enjoys working with kids & parents, is detail oriented and has a positive attitude.
This is a salaried position but hours vary from event to event. The schedule is subject to changes but is comprised of 5 events.
- Must live in or near Fresno
- Must have sampling, promotion or event marketing management experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to stand on feet for long hours, lift heavy material (50lbs).
- Must own and have an understanding of digital cameras, must have a cell phone and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, email and a computer with internet access.
