Project Manager

The Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in project management to lead in the implementation of the $250K Entrepreneur USA Business Plan Competition. This unique first of its kind contest will solicit entrepreneurs from across the country to submit business plans that will lead to winning $250K and the launch of their business in Fresno. The City of Fresno has committed $100K to market the contest with matching funds coming from the private sector.

The project manager will work closely with Lyles Center staff and the private sector in building the infrastructure of the contest and managing key tasks around a time line. The project is 20-25 hours a week though this may increase as the time of the competition draws closer. If you find this opportunity to fit your skill sets and in particular have an entrepreneurial approach to work and problem solving, please contact Professor Stearns at timothys@csufresno.edu.
