Direct Care Staff needed to work in nonprofit social services day program serving adults with developmental disabilities.  Must be at least 21 years old, and have a clean DMV driving record.  Must also pass a fingerprint clearance, drug screen, TB test and health screening.  High School Diploma or equivalent.  Familiarity with developmental disabilities preferred; ability to work with independence and as a member of a team; effective writing skills (English) and ability to chart data, to track client progress and generate reports in an accurate and timely manner; ability to deal effectively with staff, clients and outside community.  Driving staff preferred to be 21 or older.
