Entry Level Position consisting of the following tasks: site research and analysis, development of proformas and other development budgets, analysis of commercial and public funding sources, market studies, create working relationships with private and nonprofit developers

Good organizational skills a must, positive and productive work ethic. Majors in Real Estate Management Business Administration or a comparable discipline. Basic understanding of Real Estate Development is a plus.
