Krazan & Associates is looking for certified Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Structural Steel, Fireproofing and Masonry ICC (ICBO) Inspectors to be a part of our Construction Services team.

California Locations:

Responsibilities:

Apply special inspector responsibilities, authority and comply with requirements of enforcing jurisdiction. Be present for continuous inspection during execution of all work for which the special inspector has been engaged. Submit daily written and verbal reports to the local jurisdiction as required. Notify contractor, building official and designer of discrepancies when they occur or are not corrected. Prepare samples for laboratory testing in accordance with the project plans, specifications and governing authority. Maintain records of work inspected including discrepancies and action taken.

Requirements:
*ICC (ICBO) Certification in one or more of the following:
– Reinforced Concrete
– Prestressed Concrete
– Structural Steel
– Fireproofing
– Masonry
*ACI Certification
*AWS / CWI Certification a plus
*Valid California Drivers License.
*Ability to accomplish tasks under adverse weather and/or site conditions.
*May be required to work in confined spaces and climb and work at above average heights.
*Good or corrected vision and manual dexterity.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Environmental Department Manager /Phase I Site Assessments.

Krazan is currently recruiting for an accountable professional for our Clovis, CA office. The qualified candidate will be able to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments including: Site reconnaissance, review of historical records & regulatory agency data, interviews, and report writing. Will also participate in third-party reviews, proposal preparation, invoicing, client contact, business development.

Requirements:
Minimum five-years relevant experience managing clients, staff and projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & computer skills. Previous supervisory / mentoring experience required. Full responsibility for segment staffing, production and revenues. REA, PG or comparable registration a plus.

General Description:
Valley Public Television is seeking a seasoned marketing/public relations professional for this full time, Senior Management position.  The stages of managing these functions include developing a Media Plan, web site oversight, planning and direction, internal and external image positioning, building and stewarding media relationships, buying advertising, press release/copy/proof writing, creative design, implementation, reporting
and monitoring results, and upon completion, developing improvement strategies.

Essential Functions
