Controlco Automation Distributors is seeking qualified applicants for Outside Sales in our Fresno office.  Controlco specializes in automatic controls for the HVACR and Industrial process markets.  Our customers are typically commercial and industrial contractors, commercial facilities, industrial plants and OEMs. 

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying market potential, developing a prioritized sales plan and building customer relationships, as well as identifying, qualifying and closing prospects, delivering professional sales presentations, developing accurate cost based estimates, generating proposals.

The ideal candidate will bring a successful sales track record, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well as part of a team, experience with business-to-business selling, have or be willing to obtain a fundamental knowledge of control theory, be a consultative seller, strategic and organized. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in a Windows NT or 2000 environment are a must, along with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Qualified candidates will be bi-lingual (English & Spanish), possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, vendors and customers, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and carry a strong work ethic.
