Guaranty Bank Home Equity is seeking a Lender Representative for growth in the Central Valley area.  This LR will travel between Bakersfield and Fresno.   This candidate will work with an extensive network of Mortgage brokers and bankers and home improvement dealers. 
 
Successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain current relationships with referral sources such as mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and other financial services providers of home equity loans.  This LR will be responsible for developing lead sources, referrals and contacts to promote the sale of our products while achieving sales volume goals.
 
The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.  Must have the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and generate new business.  Self-motivated, high energy and excellent organizational and follow-up skills a must.
