Job Description: Daily management and support for our dedicated TEAM. Processing of accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, bank reconciliations, payroll, account analysis and reconciliation, journal entries and correcting entries, inventory, order processing, overseeing shipping, making online travel arrangements for our sales TEAM, and responding to customer service inquiries. Will be using Excel to create and work with spreadsheets and automated accounting, inventory, and UPS software on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Management experience with at least 3 direct reports

- Intelligent analytical abilities
- Organized, meticulous, and thorough attention to detail
- Well versed in the use of Quick Books and Microsoft Office 2003, including building and using Excel spread sheets
- Ability to learn and then teach software programs with ease
