We are scheduled to open around May 1st. It will be a 14,000sf gourmet market based on the small perishable markets of Europe. It will be similar to the best features of other high-end California markets and specialty stores such as Bristol Farms, Jensen’s Finest Foods in Southern California and David Berkley’s, Draeger’s Markets, Oakville Grocery, Molly Stone’s Markets, Dean & Deluca in Northern California; and outside California fine food markets like Pusateri’s (Toronto), and AJ’s Fine Foods (Phoenix), Fox and Obel Market, Café and Catering (Chicago), and Balducci’s (New York).

Bentley’s will be a perishable and gourmet specialty market…a true “purveyor of fine foods and wines” including the finest in meats, seafood, delicatessen, prepared foods and farm fresh produce.
